Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside North America, we are sorry but we are not shipping outside of North America at this time.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Discover Card and Diners Club. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We are unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States or Canada.

Shipping And Handling Payments must accompany orders. Personal checks must clear our bank prior to shipment.

A minimum shipping & handling fee of US$7.95 for orders in the United States and US$12.00 for Canadian orders will be added to your charge.

Your package will arrive via UPS Ground or Federal Express within 3-10 business days unless otherwise specified after funds are verified. DHL for Canada. Allow 7-12 days for Canada. Larger items will be billed according to actual freight charges.

We are not accepting credit cards from outside of North America, nor are we shipping outside of North America, sorry for the inconvenience.

Delivery Schedule We do not ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Generally, all orders will be shipped within three to four business days of checkout.

Canadian orders are generally received in under <15-20> days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from our state Maryland, 5% tax is added. All other orders are tax free and you should click the exempt button to reduce tax to zero .
